I used my device for 10 minutes, and it already used 10% of my battery. Is that normal that it drains so quickly?

It’s important to note that the imaging screen drains the battery the most because it powers the imaging light and flash for alignment. If you accidentally leave your device on that screen while not in use, it can cause the battery to drain much quicker. Therefore, we recommend once you are done imaging, to review your images and complete your exam before powering off.
