When I first power on my device, all I see is a blue screen. How do I fix that?
When this issue occurs, you may need to restart the VIVA application. To do so, press the 3-vertical lines button in the lower left corner of the screen. This will cause the blue window to shrink into a smaller view. Clear the application by swiping up on the blue window until it no longer appears on the screen. Optionally, you can repeat this for the other windows opened on your VIVA. Once you are on the home screen, tap the VIVA button to relaunch the VIVA application and the issue should be resolved.
