Do I have to pay for shipping my product for repair/replacement/refund?

If the product is under warranty, Volk will be responsible for all shipping charges (unless if you are returning it for a refund). For all other situations, the issuer of the RMA is responsible for shipping the device to us and Volk will pay for the shipping charges back to you (excluding customs duties and taxes for international shipments).
