How do I return my product for a refund or repair?

If you would like to send your product back to Volk for a refund, please complete our online RMA form to be reviewed by one of our product specialists, or send an email to rma@volk.com. For our digital imaging solutions, we recommend working with our camera support team to troubleshoot and identify any solutions prior to submitting a return. Please reach out to rma.support@volk.com. Once a return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions via email how to ship your product to us. Once our service team receives and evaluates the product to be in compliance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale policies, then we will either issue you a refund, or send a replacement product. If you are wanting to return a camera for repair, we highly advise troubleshooting your issue using our knowledge base articles that may be able to resolve your issue for you.
