What is the RMA timeline, when should I expect to hear from Volk regarding my returned product?

After receiving return items, you will receive an evaluation result in 2 weeks. After approval of repair or replacement with a hardcopy of purchase order or credit card details, the repairs will begin. The repairs may take from 1 week to 6 weeks.
