Do I need to charge the device before powering on the VIVA for the first time?

If the VIVA has a charge when you receive it, you can safely power on the device by pressing and holding the power button located on the right-side of the device.

Otherwise, plug in the device using the included cable and allow it to charge for 3-4 hours before powering on. We recommend at least 30% battery for use during exams.
